- 12 hours of maintenance work per month.
- Hours not used do not carry over to the next month.
- Can be cancelled at anytime.
- A log will be shared to track work/hours completed.
- billed in 15 minute increments
- additional hours will be billed @ $60/hr (20% off our regular rate) w/ prior authorization
